Downloading one PDF at a time

Adobe Acrobat Reader (Mac and PC): The Acrobat viewer window has a menu bar across the top of the PDF. When the PDF displays, click the disk icon:

If your Adobe toolbar's missing this icon, control-click or right-click on the toolbar, scroll down to "More Tools...", and add it.

Safari (Mac and PC) and Firefox (Mac) PDF viewer: There are two ways to save a PDF in Safari. One is to control-click (Mac) or right-click (PC) on the PDF and select "Save Frame As...". The other way, which may work only on the Mac, is to hover the cursor over the bottom middle of the PDF. A set of buttons will appear over the PDF itself. Click the rightmost icon to download the PDF to disk. The second one from the right will open the PDF in Preview.

Printing PDFs

Adobe Acrobat Reader (Mac and PC): When the PDF displays, click the printer icon in the viewer's menu bar.

Safari PDF viewer (Mac and PC): Control-click (Mac) or right-click (PC) on the PDF and select Print Frame....
