Application of economic analyses in U.S. managed care formulary decisions: a private payer's experience.

J Manag Care Pharm 12(9):726-35 (2006) PMID 17249905

  1. Modal approach for tailoring the absorption in a photonic crystal membrane

    arXiv:1306.3832 [physics.optics] 17 Jun 2013

We propose a method for tailoring the absorption in a photonic Crystal membrane. For that purpose, we first applied Time Domain Coupled Mode Theory to such a subwavelength membrane and demonstrated that 100% resonant Absorption can be reached even for a symmetric membrane, if degenerate modes Are in...

    arXiv:1306.3906 [cs.DC] 17 Jun 2013

We show that, under standard assumptions (data store accesses Are not known in advance, and transactions may access arbitrary objects in the Data store), it is impossible to have both SI and GPR. To circumvent this Impossibility, we propose a weaker consistency criterion, called Non-monotonic Snapsh...
  3. One flavor mass reweighting in lattice QCD

    arXiv:1306.3962 [hep-lat] 17 Jun 2013

We present a new method that Utilizes an unbiased stochastic estimation of the one flavor determinant. The Stochastic estimation is based on the integral representation of the Determinant of a complex matrix, which we prove. In contrast to other methods It can also be applied in situations where the...
