[Characteristics of the brain magnetic resonance tomography depending on syndrome picture in long-term period after closed craniocerebral trauma].

Lik Sprava (2008) PMID 19145828

77 patients with consequences of past closed craniocerebral trauma have been observed. The observation included using specially developed questionnaires for patients, medical history collection, detailed neurological examination and neurovisual test (brain MRT). It was not found reliable correlation between expression of changes in structure of the brain tissue, liquor tracts, arachnoid space and syndromological peculiarities, intensity of asthenic syndrome.

Pancreatic head ADC values significantly increased from baseline (1.29 × 10(-3) mm(2) /s) to 1 minute postsecretin (1.48 × 10(-3) mm(2) /s) (P = 0.003). Secreted pancreatic juic...
