Postpartum ovarian vein thrombosis causing severe hydronephrosis.

Ovarian vein thrombosis is a rare postpartum complication. The diagnosis is often delayed, given that the differential diagnosis is broad. This case illustrates an unusual presentation of postpartum ovarian vein thrombosis.
