[Progress in endoscopic treatment for pancreato-biliary diseases].
With the development of devices and the integration with fluoroscopy/ultrasonography, numerous endoscopic-related procedures have made rapid progress. The usefulness of endosonography-related procedures such as biliary drainage, pancreatic duct drainage, gallbladder drainage, pancreatic pseudocyst drainage, and celiac plexus block have been reported. ERCP-related procedures such as removal of bile duct stones, biliary drainage, and pancreatic duct drainage have been widely accepted as the standard treatment.
